Lusts

Sabrina Dehoff makes
really beautiful knotted accessories.

Current lust... this:
found on the Refinery29 online store.

Cute as a God-Damned Button

Could this get any cuter?

But i wonder - would it look as cute with her
actually STANDING.

Perhaps. Either way, I love the hair piece,
the vintage bag, the pink shirt and the
oddly patterned shorts.
p.s. it's cold, y'all

Extra Extra Washington Post Copies

Did you yell and scream and hug until the wee hours of the morning last night? Did you accidentally sleep in an extra hour today, showing up almost 2 hours late for work? Well then, you, my friend, like myself, probably missed out on grabbing a VERY MEMORABLE Edition of the Washington Post (print edition, obvi).

If you were planning on taking your copy and putting it in your scrapbook, framing it, sleeping with it under your pillow, calling it your new boyfriend, or scanning it and reproducing it a thousand times to create some DIY wallpaper (hmmmmmmmm...) YOU ARE STILL IN LUCK.

DC dems represent

14th and U. So incredible. At 1:45 you can see Liz G with a sparkler! Where'd she get that sparkler?

FINALLY

This is a cell phone image captured on 14th and U last night. There was no where else
I'd rather be then right there. Everyone EVERYONE pouring on the streets, strangers hugging strangers, people sobbing in relief, jumping on lamposts, bus stops and stop lights screaming at
the top of their lungs. People in groups of 5 or 6 running down the street carring a huge
american flag. That was the best part of the whole night. Sure, people were
cheering for Obama. But they were also, FIANLLY, cheering for the
very country they live in.
I am finally proud to live here.
FINALLY.

Halloween

This year, Halloween was celebrated over the course of two days.
This called for two costumes, clearly.
I was pretty proud of both of them.
Halloween Day one:
David Bowie (a la aladdin sane)

Halloween Day two:
